No IV for target page

- IV is for articles, not pages with just a photo gallery. There's no text content worthy of IV
- Accepted by admin
- Since the template was already declined because of another issue, it might be worth looking into this too. It doesn't hurt to generate an IV for this. You can set the title + author + date and show the slideshow in a slideshow element.
