The IV platform won't generate IV if any content is unavailable. In this case, the Youtube video is broken.
@admin: if this is to be supported, how should we handle these invalid resources? It's possible that the missing content was essential to the article. Also, if any other resource goes offline in the future, this IV code won't be able to react to that
