(and I've reported them for you before.)
So I think it's not a critical issue.

- Come on admin, we couldn't convert any img/ancestor::li to div. It's not a safe way.
Also it's source problem. The list bullets are visible in the original. See the original again:

Also it seems Roie Ambulo is a lier. He said I want to finish the contest quick but has saved some issues for sending exactly after 00:00 CET on May, 4:

I have reported all found issues on his template before but he has sent these invalid issues after deadline.
Actually this issue is invalid and accepting that it's not fair at all.

- List bullets in galleries are rudimentary content and must be removed even if they're present in the article.
It's not a simple list, it's <ul class="wp-block-gallery"> that can be easily identified as a gallery and may be used in future articles. It's critical.
