There is no datetime in original page.Took datetime from json is not always safe way.
First look at :

2)https://www.facenews.ua/celebrations/34/ and datetime there is 28 Sep 2018,11:05 which the same with in the first case.Also see this screen:https://ibb.co/kDr7hJF

In addition datetime 28 Sep 2018,11:05 is the same nearly all articles in https://www.facenews.ua/celebrations catalogue.It should not be like this.

Date time from metadata used. It is not default date, not nonsense date. This is pretty real date
I don't know, maybe they published celebrations like a butch of some articles. But since this date named as publishedDate by admins and looks fine, i will use it
