I think these small inline images should be converted to <pic>, because if they are kept as <img>, they become blurry when stretched to full width. They have height and width set, so <pic> keeps the original size. See comparison: https://telegra.ph/FactCheckorg-small-images-03-30

- There aren't always small images in the content. If I use pic some big images lose their resolution. And small and big images can't be differed. So I didn't use <pic>!
