Blockquote issue, please read:
Html block elements (p,ul,div..) between blockquote tags cause this kind of issues. An update of the IV engine can solve these things easily. We are not supposed to modify the source causing other potential issues in the future. You cannot predict all situations, so I thinks that a future update is desirable.
