As far as I know paragraphs or rather the empty newlines between these must be preserved inside blockquote. Otherwise it looks like a huge wall of text where the reader could easily get lost in.

It doesn't look like a major issue to me also because i didn't remove/merge any paragraph, it's simply the telegram engine that somehow collapse them. So, in my opinion it's not something I should fix: they should fix telegram engine if they really want the <p> to not collapse into 1 when they are inside a blockquote. Otherwise it wouldn't be fair to leave to the user the burden of checking if in any possible <blockquote> there can be different <p> one after the other. I would like to receive a very detailed explanation in case the admins would think I'm wrong. In the checklist (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-5-5-quotes) it's written "Line breaks in quotes must be preserved. " and i didn't remove any <br> so I didn't do anything not allowed.
