- I made it to make it possible to generate as much IV as possible still delivering all the available content: there are many pages in which the length of the video it exceeds the limits imposed by telegram in video size so they don't generate at all (see example: https://music.fanpage.it/testo-e-video-di-quando-tutti-dormono-di-villazuk/).
Additionally there's no such a way to have something like @srcset for videos among which telegram can pick the best video that still can generate an IV so i did the best I could.
In the rules there's written nothing about which video quality to pick but, if it there was, also your template wouldn't be valid since you're NOT using the _best quality available_. [admins, check this in case, please]

this template selects the video source with the lowest quality:
