This page can generate an IV. The unsupported elements are simply the amazon boxes that shows advertising and we should remove them by the rules.

- The text of the article refers directly to the products shown in those Amazon's carousels. The author clearly placed them there to give the user a visual representation of the products.
So they are essential and cannot be removed as your template does. They are also dynamic so I think it's better to not generate IV in such case.
