- That's a 100% related section. These links are from the "SOUVISEJÍCÍ ČLÁNKY" (= "RELATED ARTICLES") section under the article. (There are two "SOUVISEJÍCÍ ČLÁNKY" sections on the page. The first, without images, is in the sidebar, the second, with images, is under the post. I take the one under the post per checklist: "If the source has several blocks, merge them together or choose which one to keep".)
These links are totally related and not dynamic. In fact, there is nothing closer to a perfect "Related articles" section from the IV point of view than these links.
