The thing is...this article has a YouTube embed that is not possible to be parsed in IV because of cookies. Look for "Dodatna vsebina ni prikazana".

When you open the article in a browser, not in the IV editor, you agree to the cookies and then a YT embed is shown. If you don't agree to them, they show a placeholder that the embed is removed because you haven't agreed to the cookies.
