This video is actually a facebook embed with no "https" at the start of the source link ("http" is used instead). I think it's an IV post-processing job to identify such embeds and either convert such links to start with "https" or show "Embed not supported" message

The video is not shown in browser because browsers block the "http" content due to it not being an "https" URL. This is not an issue in mobile IV.
