You removed an empty paragraph (<p>   </ p>) inserted there by the author.
The source should not be altered. This cost me some templates in the first contest because admins accepted it as an issue.

Seriously? Removing of empty (without any content!) paragraphs are the reason to decline templates? Be sure, i remove empty paragraphs only if they haven't important content. All essential elements are presented.
