Slideshows must not be used when the article consists entirely of a slideshow (and its caption/description) and there's no other content.

- In addition to the Slideshow, There is also another content (another photo) Which is separate from the slideshow in the article and that photo in IV selected for the cover
- Accepted by admin
- This is still part of the slideshow exception though, so it shouldn't display as slideshow.
