Valid issue.

See here for how site_name should be handled:

Want to ask a question. Should it be always exactly how in a logo? I don't talk about this situation, I agree, according to new rules, it's valid. But to what extent it should be copied? For example, if the site name is the same but in another language(in the native language of people who read that article), then what?

And also, as long as my template was rejected due to new rules, I think nothing wrong to point you at his issues: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/fnn.jp/template10/issue1/. If you don't check it, then nothing wrong in it :) I just did what an admin in IV chat said we can do because of new rules(and perhaps admins will check).

Generally, the site_name should be what the main name of the website displays on the website's main page, at least within reason.

So for instance, case-sensitivity is usually the template creator's personal choice and optional, since a lot of website names tend to be in all caps.

As for language, even if the main name might be in a different language than the site itself, that is still the name that users see when viewing the main page. What users actually see is the important factor.

I hope this clarifies things for you.
