Static article page, IV page should be generated.

- It's a site problem, not a template problem. At the top, there is a ">" that seems like an unescaped closing tag, and in fact, the majority of meta tags are now inside the body and not in the header where they should be. As soon as they fix this issue the template will work as expected. (All my links snapshotted as per 22 May are working perfectly.)
