- That's indeed an author field. Open any article from main page and see for yourself.
Your template uses it as image description while there is already descrtiption tag for that (that is actually used on pretty much any other page) and it's empty. https://i.imgur.com/Gx9fECn.png
It's writer that missused field, not ours problem (except if it's systematic error, then it's new standard and norm; but you showed only one page, so it's okay). We can't have any reliable solutions for checking in what relation is this sentence to whole article, lol.
