IV editor preview always shows time in UTC+0 timezone, while this magazine about finance is registered ( https://fomag.ru/upload/Svidetelstvo_SMI.pdf ) in Moscow, Russia (UTC+3). Not to say that there is no regions with UTC+0 timezone in Russia at all.
