Pages like this are updated during the match. Proofs:
1. The dates under the top image, clearly cover the duration of the match
2. "Terminé" in the widget, can only appear after the end of the match.
3. In the text there are references to the result.
During the match the page is dynamic and after is static. So you have to check for the word "Terminé" in that widget, this is the only way to know if the page (and the widget) will no longer be updated.
This old page you found is an exception: they forgot to update the widget at the end of the match. It is obvious that after two years the page is static but we have no way to calculate time passed since the publication date.
