The telegram should not support this iframe in the near future, it is quite possible to leave it that way. Since this page will not be accessible to many users (See the post: "Unfortunately, this video is not available for viewing in your country.")
And judging by your logic, we should not do many things differently. You should also delete a lot blocks and not generate some pages.
