Static page must generate IV, there are no any unsupported element and this youtube iframe may be dynamic but page is static.

- The site itself does not change though - the only thing which is "live", is the youtube embed, which does not matter, since the client will load the youtube video/stream from youtube itself.
It's just important to not generate IV for dynamic/changing sites, such as live tickers.
