Video is not supported by Telegram IV

- the video does not exist in the original view (the left column of this page), there is a video in the desktop screen version of the page but it is removed in mobile screens, so the mobile version of this page consists of some images and text that are supported.

The video is essential content. If all essential content cannot be displayed, then an IV should not be generated.
