You should remove from the site_name "The Official F1 Website", the correct site_name is just "Formula 1"

I do not think this is applicable here. The rule you have mentioned is specifically for "unnecessary data" such as obviously redundant words or mixing page titles.

"Formula 1" is, unarguably a term that is quite prevalent in today's society. I have chosen not to remove the "official" slogan in order to make it stand out and easy to identify that it is not a fan-made site, but a website to the actual entity.

"Website" by itself is not redundant in this case because if we wanted to keep the "official" idea, the title would not make much sense or be confusing (e.g. Formula 1 Official).
