This is ad we could find in many pages.

- This image has no identifying class names or IDs so there is a high risk to cut out some essential content in any other article so it's better to leave this as it is instead of cutting the image by href/src attribute.
For me it looks like one-article patch because I have not found any images like this one in a recent news, for example:
