The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The author decided he wants divider there. No rules for deliting it in Checklist. Also, that's just one page you found, this divider is absolutely not systematic. I don't consider this issue critical.
