Similars links are should not be as related, because if they not generate IV, how here, then link will not appear and disappear, but these links are important.

Note 2: We designed the RelatedArticles block to deliver a better IV-reading experience to the users. The IV engine automatically checks whether articles in the <related> block have an IV, you don't need to worry about this. If pages have no IV, they will not be displayed. If this results in an empty block, it will not be displayed.

I still think this is related enough to put in a <related> block. It's true the link will not appear if it doesn't have IV, but it's not essential to understand the article.
