These are random unrelated articles (essentially what is defined in 6.3.2 as "More" articles), and they should be removed if they are identifiable - which they are, they are consistently preceded by a bold "READ NOW", which can be identified along with its links (see for example my template).

They are part of the article (just have a look to the HTML, they are inside normal <p> tags in the <div class="fiso-article-body"> which is containing the article), there's no way to separate them.
