- Yes, it's my purpose - make these videos & pages with them unaccessible. Checklist says that it's acceptable way. I don't want to mark these videos @unsupported - if site owners will post valid .mp4 without geo-restriction, video will be generated.
If you use mexican proxy, you'll see that this link follows to .mp4 file, not to a player that's comfortable for user. Many phones will just download it and it's disgusting usability, I think.

I'm sure that you as top contributor know that these pages fetching by Telegram servers. Not by user devices. So these videos will never be accessable. So your template simply miss part of pages. I think, it's better to provide "strange link to .mp4 file"© than miss target pages.
And about text that isn't presentad at original page - I think, it's acceptable in this case.
I'm not suggesting you to resubmit your template, let's just wait for admins' decesion
