This icon isn't important and must be removed as rudimentary. Can be identified by src, it's specific for online broadcasts.
Also rudimentary "Обновить страницу" must be removed.
Note that future online broadcasts must not generate IV at all

I left it because online broadcast should not generate IV. There is no reliable way to identify if it's finished.

So you should mark it unsupported using this icon.
Otherwise online broadcasts will generate IV, when .svg will be supported by IV
