That issue was accepted by mistake, since this is shown as gallery in source(you can see if you open it in browser) and has class="gallery", checklist said you should use slideshow if it is shown as gallery in source and it's not the only element in body, as you can see there are some paragraphs of text, what means we should use <slideshow>. Actually not using slideshow is a valid issue
