Wrong timezone: The tag I marked contains a <time> element, which specifies the time as 2019-01-17T09:02:16+05:30". The last part means that the timezone differs +5h and 30 minutes from UTC. The Instant View preview always displays the time in UTC format. That means it should (in this case) actually be 3:32 am.
This can be done using the @datetime function.

In checklist is written: "The IV editor‘s ’Preview‘ section will always show the date/time in UTC format, while the ’Original' section may use a different time zone. It is possible for a perfect template to display a date/time that looks different than the original."
