- IV shouldn't be generated. This is link for a photo that is part of a gallery. It doesn't contain any additional information like title.
If it has to be supported - it has to be supported like multi-page article. And unfortunately can't handle gallery pages that way.
If you try to open following link in your template - it's going to open gallery page and there is no way to know that specific image was linked.
