The original of this page has pagination, that is deleted in the IV. I think, that this pagination is essential, because if you'll read the article, you'll see, that this page is just a piece of content right from the middle of the whole article. Thus, it's completely inconvenient to show to user just this part, without giving the possibility to navigate between the pages.
These buttons on the top of the page are always present, while the links in the body are not guaranteed at all. Because of this, I think that they're more user-friendly.
Unfortunately, I wasn't in time to reply to the issue about my template, but I kindly ask admins to recheck it, keeping in mind my point of view.
