- The cover image is duplicated in the article.
- The chosen image appears several paragraphs deep into the article and it is technically possible to reliably identify this.

It is not possible to determine whether a picture is repeated or not. Some articles are repeated, some are not. That's why if I delete them now, I may break the rules on another page
