The embed seems to be rudimentary, it shows up in many articles, for example this one https://www.futebolinterior.com.br/futebol/Carioca/Unica/2019/noticias/2019-03/fla-vence-o-flu-e-os-dois-se-encaram-na-semi-da-taca-rio, it also shows up in sidebar if you open this page in browser.

But I could be wrong since I don't know this language.

Yes several articles include this player, however Telegram IV engine doesn't support it yet. See section #6.4.2 "Video/Audio from unsupported players" of the contest checklist about this case :
"If the unsupported widget has an iFrame version, make it into an <iframe>. If you do that, the IV page will not be generated due to unsupported content, but things will work out of the box if and when we support that widget."
This is what I did here.
