There is cover video(unsupported) on source page which you converted to link. But cover suitable cover image also available class="thumbnailUrl"

It's obligatory to use main images as cover:

Using the thumbnail of the video as a cover is not obligatory. I would even say it's a bad idea, because the checklist says the following: "The cover must not be set if the cover image is duplicated in the article", which I would argue is the case here because the thumbnail is a frame taken from the video.
About videos themself as a cover: "While it is possible to use gifs and videos as cover, in most cases, it's better to leave these elements in the body of the article."
