Link preview description duplicates title

- There is no text on the page, so there is no better option for the description. The description comes from the meta, because on most pages it is appropriate. The checklist says "the link preview requires a description" and there isn't anything else we can use. I don't think it is a big issue if some pages without any text have this description.
