Wrong sitename. Current sitename is a domain name, not a sitename.

If you open gagadget.com, the title will be: "gagdget.com | нескучный сайт о технике". Logo on that page says: "gagadget.com". What is seen on page is preferrable over meta tags. BTW, the meta tag you mentioned is not meant for a site name.
