Time is present on the page: Den 28 JAN 2019 klokken 16 exactly means "28 January 2019, 16:00".
Specifically "klokken 16" means "16 o'clock"

Since you implemented this in your current template, this issue will be accepted, so that Tagir get's his share for helping you out, although it might not be as critical to decline an otherwise perfect template (especially, when the time is not shown to the reader anyway).
