IV should not be generated for articles with pagination. Becuase it will be displayed incorrectly. Check the images that i have highlighted. Their locations are messed.

When the images are presented that way, they won't be placed near the corresponding text. That makes the images basically useless.

If the order of text/images cannot be preserved, those articles should not generate IV although it's a target page.
