Do not waste your and other people's time, rework the template, the rules do not say that the article for 2016 is not relevant, it's you yourself come up. Not relevant articles starts from from 2013, as say admin: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/litsa.com.ua/template38/issue3/

- The only one who is wasting his time here is you. I've had several of my issues and issues on my/others templates rejected for not handling edge cases on articles ranging from 2010 to 2016.
Then again, view the original article in a normal browser: the block is formatted as a regular quote, it's always expanded and not collapsible. My template handles it as a regular plain quote like it is.
