- You see, in original page it's not a pullquote but a <div> with special styling, that wraps its text in big visible quotes. The text itself doesn't have quotes("") and simple transforming this div into pullquote (like in your template) wouldn't be understandable for the user (that it's a quote).
In my template there's at least some visible change. Anyway, I think such little decisions could be handled by template maker and it's not an issue

- Eugene's template looks closer to the original, but both interpretations are ultimately imperfect. It would be advisable to manually add quote marks to such paragraphs, since quotes is what the user sees in the original and it appears that this formatting is fairly consistent - and identifiable - on the source website.
