gazeta.uz is not an author

Although according to 6.1.1, people's names are preferable over team/website names, it doesn't say that website name shouldn't be hidden when specified as author.

Besides, on this site there are either author/reporter articles or general news. In case of latter, Gazeta.uz team gets the credits, otherwise real names are shown.

I think it is proper to show whichever 'article owner' the publisher shows, and "Газета.уз" team is not an exception.
