The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This is rather a problem of the platform. See https://telegra.ph/file/60c75a7d184dbf86d2cfc.png, this is the current version of my template, and it does generate IV on 'My Templates' page.
One possible reason is that this page contains several slideshows with the total of 1186 images, but then this is again an issue of the platform
