- Though you corrected your code a bit, it still leads and will always lead to bugs. The reason of that is that people who creating content will never think about the code, but will always think about appearance.
Subtitle has no appearance difference here, that's why it can be pretty anything in this paragraph. That's why it can't be used as subtitle.

We can live subtitles in the body this time, since that is how authors presenting their content.

Thank you for your previous answer, yes, i really made a mistake in my template, now it fixed.
Correct subtitle formula for this site:
h1/next-sibling::p[descendant::span[contains(@id, "more-")]
It allows to avoid incorrect subtitle choice (2nd paragraphs, other similar text etc)
