Its promo article (native ads, do you hear about it?) & totally relevant link. "Fintech Junction" is in title, text is about it and link goes to (surprise!) FINTECH JUNCTION SITE. Doubleclick here is just a tracker.

If you have any ideas, how to block native advertising in the Internet... Oh, we just should remove links, yeah? Perfect.
