This article actually has a cover photo, but the cover photo is not used.

It is not a cover photo of the article. It is global Intel banner used as a sponsor logo. It not corresponding with a content of the original article (about robo-competition).
Even in the meta-tag site owners using og:image http://www.geektime.co.il/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/cybathlon_BCI_07_credit_credit_ETH-Zurich_Alessandro-Della-Bella-e1475078783462-1160x643-1024x568.jpg the same as my cover image going.

So while there is a good list of the issues about the cover it should not be marked as some fault surely.
