Every blog has identifiable author (http://girlswhoinspire.com/blog/).
In this blog case they call author "Инструкции".
It is not good, but you just made exception in your template for only this blog and instead of author set this name to kicker. I suppose it is optional, because they call author of this blog "Инструкции", and it is not good to recognize every time what is author really
