2. "Seznam článků" translated as "List of articles", and this article is called "Weekly overview newsletter". So, it's not even related links: as far as I understand, it's a part of the newsletter. This _whole article_ is about mentioning news & articles, and you made the article content into an extra information that is the related articles block. For example, this article could consist solely of such links. If that was the case, the whole article would be "Related articles" in your template.
