Hi Kostia, The anchors seems to have some problem. The name of all the anchors are same and contains all the content for all the anchors. For example, the first anchor's name should only be "Definition" and not "DefinitionIssuanceImpactsCurrent_Scenario", which currently is the case.
As this page is part of Target 2017 (Prelims) module. It will on payment module. We should not generate this page at all.
